Service Provider Selection: We partner with reputable providers, prioritising national reach, quality assurance, and broad networks of accredited facilities.
Step 2: Premium Payment and Access
The Foundation pays premiums directly to the insurer, ensuring families are not burdened by costs. Beneficiaries receive access credentials (cards or digital IDs) and can access care through the provider’s network.
Step 3: Monitoring and Support
We track service utilisation and outcomes over time, strengthening accountability and improving decision-making for future support.
